This one-time virtual session can be booked on its own or used as the starting point for ongoing work.
In the 90-120 minute session, we observe how you stand and move, then identify a few key patterns that may be influencing how your body feels. You’ll receive a written report with observations and 3–5 targeted movement recommendations you can practice on your own to support more comfortable, confident movement.
*All 1:1 functional yoga session package clients start with a postural and movement assessment.
Submit short movement videos and receive a personalized review with clear observations and 3–5 practical movement recommendations you can begin using right away. Once booked, you’ll receive follow-up instructions by email on how to submit your information. This is the asynchronous version of the full postural assessment.
This series includes 4, 6, or 8 virtual personalized sessions. We’ll work together using therapeutic, yoga-based movement to support your specific concerns and help you move with greater ease, stability, and confidence.
