Postural & Movement Assessments
$175.00

This one-time virtual session can be booked on its own or used as the starting point for ongoing work.
In the 90-120 minute session, we observe how you stand and move, then identify a few key patterns that may be influencing how your body feels. You’ll receive a written report with observations and 3–5 targeted movement recommendations you can practice on your own to support more comfortable, confident movement.

*All 1:1 functional yoga session package clients start with a postural and movement assessment.

Recorded Postural & Movement Review
$115.00

Submit short movement videos and receive a personalized review with clear observations and 3–5 practical movement recommendations you can begin using right away. Once booked, you’ll receive follow-up instructions by email on how to submit your information. This is the asynchronous version of the full postural assessment.

1:1 Functional Yoga Sessions

This series includes 4, 6, or 8 virtual personalized sessions. We’ll work together using therapeutic, yoga-based movement to support your specific concerns and help you move with greater ease, stability, and confidence.

Founded by Carrie, On Solid Ground supports people who want to move with more ease, balance, and confidence. Her approach blends functional movement and yoga-based practices to meet people where they are and support real-life movement. Carrie is an RYT-200 yoga teacher currently completing yoga therapy training, with additional education in functional, movement-based yoga practices. Her background in psychology and social work informs a thoughtful, client-centered approach that prioritizes safety, accessibility, and real-life movement.
