Multi-Session Series (4, 6, or 8 Sessions)
This series is designed to support foot strength, balance, and functional movement over time.
Across 4, 6, or 8 sessions, we work progressively, building awareness, strength, and stability through yoga-based, functional movement practices. Sessions focus on how your feet interact with the ground and how that foundation affects balance, posture, and everyday movement like standing, walking, and transitioning through space.
The first session will include a full postural assessment. Each session after includes:
Gentle assessment and check-ins to understand how your body is responding
Targeted foot and balance work tailored to your needs
Simple, practical movement practices you can carry into daily life
Rather than “fixing” one thing quickly, this series allows time for your body to adapt, integrate, and build confidence. Movements are accessible and intentional — focused on real-life function rather than flexibility, performance, or advanced poses.
The goal is to help you feel more steady, supported, and confident in how you move day to day.
